The Deal
Why 154? At my current height of 5′6″, when I get down to 154 pounds my BMI, for the first time in my life, will fall into what’s considered a healthy range (i.e. “Average”).

A favorite pastime of Team Duck-Wolfe is to talk about how awesome we are. A subject that often comes up when we’re reveling in our awesomeness is our weight loss. Between the two of us we’ve lost a combined weight equivalent to one of the Denver Broncos linemen.

So often in my past I would ask myself, when it’s right, you just know, right?
I never could fully convince myself.
But now I know with unwavering confidence.
