My favorite breakfast:
4 oz. lowfat cottage cheese
1/4 c. organic old fashioned oatmeal (sprinkled lightly with Stevia)
Decaf grande americano with a splash of non-fat milk
Organic Gala apple
Calories: Around 300.
Five years ago, breakfast would have been a sausage biscuit with egg and cheese, hash browns and a diet coke. Calories: Around 700.
